1. TITLE
It is our policy not to accept registration by children aged under 13 resident in the United States of America. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
LEGO PC Games is the ultimate games site offering a variety of browser and LEGO PC based games. The site will offer various free services such as browser games, news, reviews, demos and competitions as well as a premium paid for subscription service for AAA LEGO PC games. It will from time to time, extend the range of services it has to offer and these will be found on the site, www. LEGO PC Games.
3. PAYMENT
You must pay the subscription fee (the "Subscription") in advance for the relevant time period (the "Service Period") you wish to subscribe for, in accordance with the Subscription Plan notified to you at the time of registration. The method and amount of payment for the Subscription may be varied at the sole discretion of LEGO PC Games from time to time.

Annual Subscription (365 Days)
You may use our credit card, debit card or direct debit online facility which operates transactions via a secure server. We accept the following cards: Delta Visa, MasterCard and European debit cards (Switch, Solo, Delta.), Direct Debit. All transactions are subject to validation checks. The Annual Fee will be notified to you at the time of registration. The charge will appear on your credit card bill or bank statement. The Fee will be automatically billed against the credit/debit card number that you provide in the registration form. If you decide to take advantage of the monthly payments we will debit your account each month using payment method of your choice. We will notify you by email that we have debited your credit/debit card and that you are a registered member. FOR SECURITY REASONS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE A NEW LEGO PC GAMES LICENSE FOR YOU LEGO PC GAMES SOFTWARE EVERY NINETY (30) DAYS; HOWEVER YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO DO THIS.
Subject to cancellation in accordance with this Agreement all Fees and payments are non-refundable. LEGO PC Games reserves the right to change the Subscription Fees at any time or to add new fees or charges, on giving you reasonable notice.
4. RIGHT TO CANCEL
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide that you are entitled to cancel your Subscription should you change your mind. Your right to cancel must be exercised within seven working days of the date upon which you subscribed to the Service. However, you will only be entitled to cancel your subscription if you have not used the Service. Your right to cancel therefore expires as soon as you download anything from the site.

5. USAGE
While you are using the LEGO PC Games website, we may allow advertisers to display advertisements for products and services which may be of interest to you and request various information from you. You may download games from the website for your own non-commercial use. The copyright (and all ownership rights) in downloaded materials are reserved to their respective owners. 6. MEMBER PASSWORD AND SECURITY
Each member will provide a password on registering for the Service. It is each member's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of that password and members are entirely responsible for any activity which takes place under any of the addresses registered in their name. If any member becomes aware of any unauthorised use of any of its registered names and addresses or any breach of security that member should notify LEGO PC Games immediately.
7. INTERLLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All the games available for use on the Service are the sole property of LEGO PC Games and its associated partners and should not be used for any commercial use without the express consent of LEGO PC Games. Each member acknowledges that the content of the LEGO PC Games site which includes but is not limited to line, software, and graphics is protected by copyright and members are not entitled to copy or reproduce or distribute any of the content without the express permission of LEGO PC Games. Each member acknowledges that in addition to copyright, there are also trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Service which are owned by LEGO PC Games & LEGO Group and our partners and which are not to be used without express permission.
8. THIRD PARTIES
Certain links on the Service lead to websites located on servers maintained by independent third parties over whom LEGO PC Games has no control. Accordingly LEGO PC Games cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any of the material contained on those websites; nor does LEGO PC Games accept responsibility for the availability of those websites. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
Members agree that he or she uses the service at their own risk. LEGO PC Games will not accept any liability either in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits LEGO PC Games' liability for death or personal injury resulting from LEGO PC Games' negligence. Each member agrees that any material and/or data downloaded by a member is done so entirely at their own risk and each member will be solely responsible for the consequences of downloading any such material.
11. INDEMNITY
Each member agrees to indemnify LEGO PC Games against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach by them of these terms and conditions and any liabilities claims and expenses incurred by LEGO PC Games in connection with any claim, action or proceeding brought by a third party as a result of the member's use of the Service.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any of the provisions of this contract are judged to be illegal, unreasonable or unenforceable the rest of these terms and conditions will continue to apply. Any delay on the part of LEGO PC Games to enforce its rights under this contract will not prejudice or restrict its rights and no waiver of any such rights will be deemed to be a waiver of any other right or of any later breach.
13. NOTICES
Any notices sent pursuant to this agreement will be effective if sent by email to the member's primary email address as stated in their users profile 24 hours from the time of sending.
14. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions will be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each member and LEGO PC Games agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
